The services and functions of Terma

The basic function of the structure is a widely understood assurance of the possibility of recreation, rest and water rehabilitation implemented on the basis of the spring of geothermal water located on the Investor’s plot of ground. The multifunctional structure is intended for the widest possible range of recipients focused both, on typical services of plays and water recreation (recreational pools, sets of water chutes, etc.), as well as those seeking the offer of a rest, biological renewal and rehabilitation based on geothermal waters (rehabilitation pools, a sauna complex, a SPA complex).

The structure constitutes a natural supplement of the winter offer of the Ski Resort Kotelnia Białczańska and Bania in Białka Tatrzańska, at the same time realizing an independent tourist-recreational- cure offer in the remaining seasons of the year, with the use of the existing hotel infrastructure.

The program of the structure is supplemented by the sets of rooms servicing the basic functions, i.e.:

  • The entrance hall zone with the sports shop.
  • The sanitary – locker room backup facilities for clients,
  • The gastronomic set servicing all zones of pool services,
  • The administration rooms and rooms of the social backup facilities for employees,
  • The technical, warehouse and auxiliary rooms.

Construction of the complex is planned in two phases:

  • In the first phase: a cubature structure with internal pools and hollows of the all-year external pools connected with them,
  • In the second phase: a set of seasonal external pools active in a prolonged summer season, together with the remaining elements of the land development, i.e. the set of chutes, sports fields, beach-recreational areas, etc.

In addition, construction of the hotel structure with professional part of Spa&Welness services connected with the pool building and being a supplement of the offer of the thermal pools’ structure is planned in the Eastern part of the plot destined for the construction of the thermal complex and belonging to the Investor.
