History of formation

Park Wodny BANIA Sp. z o.o. is a special purpose company established in order to build a geothermal recreational-resting complex (based on thermal water) with the function of the SPA/Wellness in Białka Tatrzańska. The company was formed in May 2006 with the share capital of PLN 1,000,000. At the present moment, the Company does not conduct any other activity apart from the construction of the thermal complex. After the performance of the planned investment actions, the main activity of the Company will be connected with the utilization of the geothermal water reservoir for the needs of the thermal complex and provision of comprehensive tourist and recreational-rehabilitation services. The company does not plan a change in the character of its activity. In the years to come, further extension of the activity is predicted through extension of the pool infrastructure and the 4-star hotel entailing 200 comfortable equipped accommodation places.
