About Us

Terma Bania in Białka Tatrzańska is an unusual place – it combines the entertainment of a water park, the comfort of a SPA and the curing qualities of thermal rest. All these are supplemented by the location in a direct neighborhood of the largest ski complex in Poland.

Interesting architectonic solutions allow entertainment and relaxation in very stylish interiors, surprising with intriguing combinations of Highlander folklore and modern design. Finally, being pro-ecological at the so far unparalleled scale, Terma is part of the idea of the care for natural environment and the well-being of future generations.

And now, some important data:

  • The net surface of our structure is as large as 8,580.33 m²
  • The surface of the pool water (hollows) is 1,382.67 m² including:
    • The surface of the pool water (hollows) inside the structure is 820.86 m²
    • The surface of the pool water (hollows) outside the structure is 561.81 m²

We collect thermal water from the depth of 2,500 m, and its temperature reaches 72 °C. These are just numbers but they picture a lot – we provide almost 9,000 m² of water entertainment and relax at out client’s disposal.

Having regard for the specified needs of the users, we divided the structure into several zones adapted to their concrete preferences. All beaches and the main hollows have their continuation outside of the building, thus creating naturally arranged landscape interiors. Depending on the needs, they are separated both, between each other and the external area by naturally formed slopes and greenery compositions. The Western fragment of the plot of ground, between the building and the beaches of the all-year pools on one side and a ground power line on the other side, has been destined for elements which will be open only in the summer season, constituting an integral part of the catering-place. Here you can find: the hollows of the swimming pool together with the tribune, the hollow of the recreational pool with hardened and grass beaches, a complex of water chutes with a landing spot, sports fields and the amphitheatre. Construction of seasonal external pools is planned to take place in the second phase of the investment.
